How it works

Fair launches, rules locked on-chain

Base protection on every coin, hooks creators add on top, and where the money goes. Eight short sections.

No dev wallet

Bouncerpad's launch key creates every coin, so no wallet starts with a free bag. The creator signs one payment for the exact creation cost (account rent plus network fee), in the same transaction as the create. If the create fails, the payment doesn't land.

No sign-up, no X login, no launch limits. Spam pays for itself.

No block-0 snipers, and a sniper fee

The create is sent privately, so nobody sees the pool before it exists. It lands as a private bundle.

Then the sniper fee: the trading fee starts at 50% and falls to 1% over 20 seconds. Bots can still buy early; they pay for it. It runs in Meteora's fee scheduler, so every router charges it, and creators can't change it.

No copycats

Names, tickers and images are checked as you type against every coin here and look-alikes of coins already trending. Metadata is locked at launch: no mint authority, no freeze authority, no later edits.

Hooks: rules the creator adds

On top of the base, a creator can stack up to 6 hooks from a library of 36 (16 available at launch): fair-launch caps, max wallet, anti-dump, sell cooldowns, creator locks, holder-only phases, market hours and more. Each has sliders with safe ranges and a plain-English summary. Templates are just starting points.

Before you sign, the builder shows a live preview, a timeline of what the rules block, and the exact cost. Browse them all on Hooks.

Rules you can check, and can't change

Hooks run in one program, bouncer_rules_v1, as a Token-2022 transfer hook. A coin's rules are written once at launch into an account with no edit instruction. New rules ship as a new program for new coins. The deployed binary's hash is on Programs.

Every refusal is public

When a hook refuses a transfer, the transaction fails on-chain with an error code (6000–6023). We call that bounced, index every one, and show it on the coin page and platform-wide on Bounced.

The pre-trade check simulates your trade before your wallet opens and tells you if, and why, it would bounce, plus the most that passes. Hooks use only the accounts a routed swap passes, so Axiom, GMGN, DFlow, OKX and Phantom route hook coins. Jupiter's main router waits until graduation.

Graduation hands off

When the curve fills, liquidity moves to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool and is locked forever. The hook is removed in that same trade, so the coin becomes a normal token that trades everywhere. Hooks protect the launch; after that the market's in charge.

Fees buy back and burn

Curve trades pay 1% (more during the sniper fee). Meteora and the creator take their shares, Bouncerpad keeps 10–15%, and the rest buys back and burns the traded coin and $BOUNCER. Every transaction is on Burns; totals on Revenue.
