Verifiable rules
Secured byThe program is the source of truth; this page reads it out. Every refusal has a stable error code, every account is derived from the mint, and nobody, including us, can change a coin's rules after launch.
What enforces it
Token-2022 transfer hook, modular rule engine. Enforces all 16 launch-phase hooks, up to 6 per coin, in the order the creator set. No CPI, no signer, no payment: routers keep working.

Base protection · not a hook
Every coin uses the platform's standard schedule: the trading fee starts at 50% and decays to 1% over 20 seconds. It runs in Meteora DBC's fee scheduler, so every router pays it. Creators can't change it. Values come from GET /v1/presets.
Paid by the creator, at cost
Hook accounts cost about 0.0057 SOL per coin, plus Meteora's pool rent. If the coin uses per-wallet rules, the wallet table adds about 0.163 SOL per 1,000 wallets remembered (32 to 32,768; 1,024 = 0.1674 SOL). Rent is 5,080 lamports per byte.
